在银川市西夏区同阳心村，当地的企业安置残障人士3名，灵活就业残障人士5名，为其安排门卫、卫生清扫等较为轻松的工作，人均工资在2200元左右。
在银川市花博园，肢体障碍人士路彩正乘坐便民轮椅游览园区风景。据了解，“爱心接力”便民轮椅公益项目是由宁夏回族自治区残联发起并组织实施的公益惠民项目，项目在花博园入口处设便民轮椅投放点，通过手机扫码，支付一分钱“押金”，便可使用轮椅，目前，便民轮椅借用次数达到1512次，日均租借达21.6次。
“平时出门都是拄拐，在花博园走不了多远，有了便民轮椅后，我和残友们去了这里的四季馆、薰衣草庄园，感觉非常开心。”说到这里，路彩露出了灿烂的笑容。（记者 作者： 于翔 杨迪）
